Experience the charm of our Bayside Villa rooms, just a stroll away from the historic Moran Mansion and Rosario Marina. Choose between one king or two queen beds, with each room adorned with sliding glass doors opening onto a patio or balcony, revealing stunning island vistas.
All accommodations feature televisions, small refrigerators, free wireless internet, coffee makers, and private bathrooms. Select rooms and suites also boast cozy gas fireplaces for added comfort and warmth.
​HARBORSIDE ROOMS
The Harborside rooms are situated on the waterfront of Rosario's Cascade Bay, providing breathtaking views across the water toward the historic Moran Mansion. They are conveniently located about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the mansion.

These rooms offer both king and queen beds. Additionally, one and two-bedroom suites are available, featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces (with Presto logs supplied).
​HARBORSIDE HEARTH SUITE
Nestled within the Harborside buildings on the waterfront of Cascade Bay, this suite boasts a kitchenette, dining room, and a living room complete with a fireplace (Presto logs supplied) and a double-sized Murphy bed.

A separate bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, complemented by two private bathrooms and balconies.

​HILLSIDE DELUXE TWO KING SUITE
Located on the hillside with panoramic views of Cascade Bay, these suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, and two separate bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms.

Additionally, guests can enjoy three balconies offering views of wildlife, as well as boat and floatplane activity.
